Terms: Our terms are Net 15 days. Prices for EVAC+CHAIRs are FOB warehouse plus applicable taxes. Open account is available to governmental agencies, hospitals and educational institutions and firms rated "Good" or better by Dun & Bradstreet. All others should supply two major credit references or included payment with first order. Prices, specifications and equipment subject to change without notice. We accept MasterCard , Visa and American Express credit cards on our web site order form, by telephone or fax.

Sales Tax: All orders with a New York shipping address must include the applicable sales tax on both the merchandise portion and the shipping/handling charges of your order unless you provide us with an exemption permit.

We maintain an extensive inventory and generally ship within five days of receipt of order. Please include your street address and ZIP or Postal Code on each order.

Limited Warranty: Goods which may prove to be defective under normal use in either material or workmanship within 24 months of receipt will be replaced without charge. All returned goods must be PRE-authorized and sent back freight prepaid. We assume no liability other than as indicated and no other warranties or guarantees are intended, either expressed or implied. This warranty applied only to the original buyer of the goods. There are no warranties for used goods that have been repaired, altered or modified, subject to misuse, negligence or accident, or have been operated contrary to our instructions. EVAC+CHAIR North America LLC shall not be liable or responsible to supply, or pay for, labor to replace any part of the goods or liable for any other damages, either incidental or consequential, which result from the misuse of the goods or breach of any warranty. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any and all other warranties. In no case shall EVAC+CHAIR North America LLC be liable for special or consequential damages.
